Every Pawsonalité Co. item is made to order just for you. That means no excess inventory and a product made fresh with every purchase.
Are your products unisex?
Yes — all our apparel is unisex. Our pieces are designed to fit everyone comfortably. Check the size guide on each product page to find your perfect fit.
How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 15–30 business days

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders worldwide, always.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every item is made to order, we don't accept returns for size or color preference. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
