Return Policy
Our Promise At Pawsonalité Co., every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or color preference.
However, if something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right — no drama, no hassle.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@pawsonalite.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at hello@pawsonalite.com and we'll resolve it immediately.
Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, contact us at hello@pawsonalite.com and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to locate it or send a replacement.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has already started and we're unable to cancel.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Delays caused by carrier or customs
